   To be in love is a splendorous thing, and for me, clothing company Famous Stars and Straps is an amazing lover. Their combination of over-the-top sexually charged artwork, meets tattoo friendly designs makes my head spin like a mofo’! If only some of the females on their shirts were living, breathing organisms, the world would be a better place. Then again, these chicks egos would probably be inflated to the size of a bloody rabid, rampaging rhino, so maybe it’s best they stay grafted to these amazing shirts.

Stolen Babies.

   My heart is beating, it reverberates through my body, into the pillows, and through my ears, it fills me to the brim with sound. Like a slow ticking metronome, it paces me to a rhythm to guide my thoughts on their bending, winding circuit. 

   In this bed, I am alone.

   In my mind, I am with many.

   This picture, this “moment”, is the last thing I see. 

I’ve felt this before. The familiarity, the strongest sense of deja vu I have ever felt, seeps in, striking me down, into a fragile state and strangely, I want to break. Break up. Break out. Shatter into a million realms, portals and wormholes. Let people travel through me, throughout me, within me and for them too to break and populate my insides. All of this, and more, for the embrace of another. For the world to feel the embrace of another.

   To love.

   That is for which we are built strong and capable, yet why do so many hearts break for their captors, when I find myself breaking because I’m free? Free to explore and roam beyond the bars of mother earth, here, tonight.

   Hold me now, great unknown. For I have always known no one, in the comfort of these sheets. It is with a woman, so damn near perfect to my own eyes, that I wish to tangle legs. Hold a gaze. Wax poetic. Share a cup of words over coffee.

   Starring Emily Browning (Suckerpunch), “Sleeping Beauty” is a story about what happens when unbridled sexual desire is sold without limits. As Lucy, a blossoming university student, Browning takes us on the terrific, yet almost horrifying journey, of a young girl, who pressed for cash decides to sell herself at a brothel where men go to satiate their wanton longings, not always involving penetration. The deal in her services is she must be drugged, and in a complete sleep-like state to guarantee the closure of the men involved, to fully assure them that any, if not all of their needs can be met under their full control, without judgement. It’s only when Lucy’s curiosity gets the better of her, that she decides to nix the drugs and see what these men are really up to. From that point, the unbelievable, sometimes disgusting, truth is unveiled, revealing a whole different side of the human psyche and what one will do when given the ability to take advantage of another’s body without restraint.   

   This movie is not for those who lack a strong mental fortitude. It certainly requires a bit of understanding, and a strong taste for the obscure. Emily Browning shines brighter than before, in a role much more risque and provocative than any she has undertaken. It’s certain that “Sleeping Beauty” will divide critics, giving Browning the much needed publicity she deserves, so let the panning begin!

   It’s time! In a little less than a day and a half, “No Shave November” will be upon us. You might ask me, “What does that mean, oh bearded one”? Well, it means…DON’T SHAVE, CUT, DISMEMBER, or REMOVE any hair from your body (even including hair from your naughty places)!

   It’s one last shave for me tomorrow and then November is going to turn into one “hairy situation”. (the cliche pun was COMPLETELY intentional)
